Under a canopy of trees in the grand atrium of the Wintergarden Café, you’re invited to taste how our Executive Chef and the Fox Hill culinary team approach farm-to table cuisine! Surrounded by the sounds of jazz from the Spottswood Trio, sample hors d’oeuvres sourced from local farms paired with wines from regional vineyards. Meet the farmers whose organic and sustainably grown products will soon appear on menus at Fox Hill.
You’ll also mingle with experts from Virginia wineries and J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines of California’s Central Coast. Our sushi chef will prepare sushi and sake pairings, too.
