Duong joins Fox Hill after a distinguished career as Executive Chef of the Ritz Carlton in Georgetown, which repeatedly achieved the prestigious Four Diamond rating by AAA. Trained in France with culinary masters including renowned Chef Alain Ducasse, Duong has served as Executive Chef of Eurasian Harbor Restaurant in Baltimore, Maryland, and Hilton Old Town Hotel in Alexandria, Virginia. His restaurants have been recognized by Washingtonian Magazine, Baltimore Magazine and Conde Nast Traveler and he has received numerous awards and accolades.
