Bernadette McCarter, Resident Services Director
Bernadette McCarter is the Resident Services Director at Fox Hill, bringing over a decade of experience working with the Geriatric population and a specialization in Dementia care. With a Master’s degree in social work focused on clinical aging and a Bachelor's in gerontology with a minor in sociology, Bernadette blends clinical knowledge with compassion to support older adults in maintaining dignity and quality of life. Before entering the field of social work, she spent more than 15 years as a legal executive assistant, honing skills in organization and advocacy.
In her spare time, Bernadette enjoys spending quality time with her granddaughter Noelle, her family and close friends. She also finds joy in dancing, working out, watching crime shows and YouTube educational and informational videos, listening to Podcasts and relaxing at home.

Frank Robinson, Director of Facilities
Frank has worked for Fox Hill for almost five years and has been working in a senior living for over 25 years! In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports and spending time with his family.

Alex Koubek, Director of Security, Concierge, and Transportation
Alex has been with Fox Hill for seven years and began his career here as a security guard. He has a passion for working with seniors and making Sunrise a great place to live for the owners. In his spare time, he loves to golf, fish, and spend time with his family.

Joe has been with Fox Hill since 2017, and thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to serve owners every day. Joe has been working in the Information technology field for over 25 years, 20 of those years in a managerial role. He is married, with two children and a grandchild. In his free time, Joe enjoys cooking pit barbecue and playing guitar on open mic nights.

Andrew Glenn, Controller
Andrew Glenn comes to Fox Hill after 30 years of Federal service as an auditor and Senior Manager at multiple Executive Branch Departments. He has a passion for service to others, communicating timely, useful information with new technology (e.g., data quality/analysis/ visualization) and driving teams to higher levels of achievement.

Julie Sabag, Director of Marketing
A native of Potomac, Maryland, Julie is a graduate of Frostburg State University with a degree in education and a minor in psychology. With more than 25 years of experience working for healthcare organizations, Julie joined Fox Hill as a real estate agent in the planning stages before the community was built. She returned in 2013 as Director of Marketing and enjoys building relationships with condominium owners at Fox Hill starting with their first visits. Julie has been featured on the radio and in Bethesda Magazine as an expert in her field.

Retirement Counselor
Kathleen worked at Fox Hill from 2015 - 2018 and then worked for Solutions Advisors Group until 2020. She was hired in 2015 as the marketing assistant. Her role evolved into more of the event coordinator/sales associate. When she started at the community it was 31% occupied and after it reached 100% occupancy, she was promoted to Sales Specialist.
