Our first concert in the 2017 Strathmore Music and Arts Showcase brings together an award-winning duo: pianist Audrey Andrist and clarinetist Rob Patterson. Their joint album, Gumbo, was voted Best Classical Recording of 2012 by the Washington Area Music Association. In Fox Hill’s Performing Arts Center, they will perform classic clarinet and piano favorites, including works by Bernstein, Poulanc, Schumann, Burgmueller and Cahuzac.
